Ridge Vineyards 香港🇭🇰好似都唔係咁有名，可能一黎唔多人飲美國🇺🇸酒，二黎見美國酒都比較貴。但Ridge Vineyards 大家一定要識，如果大家知道「巴黎審判」，1976年巴黎品酒會，審判結果為美國加洲酒大勝Bordeaux 葡萄酒，而當時Ridge Vineyards 既1971 Monte Bello 排名第五，而30年後既2006年，「巴黎審判」的三十週年之際，Ridge Vineyards既1971 Monte Bello 力壓奪冠🏆，可想而知，Ridge Vineyards 大家一定要試，一定要認識。今日係度寫唔到太多，下次出個酒莊介紹篇先。

香味以成熟的黑果味為主，成熟的黑莓🫐，黑布林🫐，黑加侖子🍇，朱古力🍫，Cedar，Espresso ，雲呢拿，肉桂味，14個月美國🇺🇸木桶陳釀（10% New Oak) 酒體豐富，酸度高，餘韻悠長。
