Shaw & Smith 相信大家都不陌生，特別是Shaw & Smith 出產的 Chardonnay 和Sauvignon Blanc，但其實Shaw & Smith 還有出產Riesling。它的製造方法也很特別，採集自Lenswood 中的Single High Altitude Vineyards，全人手採摘，  50% whole-bunch pressed 和 50% crushed，各自陳釀，最後Blend 在一起，在Lees contact 4個月後 Bottling 。
 
品評報告: 白花，檸檬和清脆的青蘋果香氣特別濃厚，口感帶有濃厚般的酒體和富有張力的柑橘味。

Riesling wasn't on the front burner when Shaw + Smith set up business, its Sauvignon Blanc the cash cow funding other less popular varieties. Hand-picked, 50% whole-bunch pressed, 50% crushed, each fermented separately, blended and bottled after 4 months. The small crop meant the wine is intense and powerful, fine yet textured.
